Beijing National Stadium (Bird’s Nest/Olympic Stadium) Location: in the south of Olympic Sport Park, No.3 Anding Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing City. – 09:00-17:30 from November to February. – take buses No.386, 407, 656, 660, 740, 753, 939, 944, 983 and get off at the stop of West Beichen Bridge (北辰桥西, Beichen Qiaoxi).. The National Stadium, known in China and around the world as the Bird’s Nest, is situated in the Olympic Green Village.It was designed as the primary stadium for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and used for track, filed, football, and weight throw and discus events. Since the Olympics finished, the stadium has been open to tourists and is used for sporting competitions and recreational activities.
