Cut your bagel in half. Place the bagel soft side down in the air fryer basket (I line mine with an air fryer parchment paper liner- such an easier cleanup). Crack one egg in the centre of the bagel hole, season with salt & pepper and top with cheese. Air fry (or bake) at 185ºC/365ºF until the egg has set. Keep an eye on it every few minutes.. Once the bagel is done toasting, smear the bottom half of the sandwich with avocado and mash it in. Add a sprinkle of salt. Add the ham, egg and cheese stack on top of the avocado. Smear the inner part of the top half of the bagel with the creamy spicy sriracha sauce and close up the sandwich. Serve immediately or wrap in tinfoil for later.
