For now go to 7 Days, Manage, Browse Local Files, Right Click 7 Days, Get Info then Click Open with rosetta. For Higher Performance Disable Ambient occlusion and Dynamic Mesh; ↑ Verified by User:Volyfnap on 2023-04-26. 7 Days to Die A20 has native support for M1! Apple Silicon. Unfortunately, it seems to crash on load. I am able to force it to run under rosetta and it loads suggesting the issue is with the ARM64 build specifically. Even when running under rosetta the performance has been incredible so far on my M1 Max. 18.
